1. FISIOLOGÍA DE LOS ANIMALES, SOBRE TODO SUS NECESIDADES DE COMIDA Y AGUA, SU COMPORTAMIENTO Y EL CONCEPTO DE ESTRÉS.

2. ASPECTOS PRÁCTICOS DE LA MANIPULACIÓN DE LOS ANIMALES.

3. REPERCUSIÓN DE LAS PRÁCTICAS DE CONDUCCIÓN EN EL BIENESTAR DE LOS ANIMALES TRANSPORTADOS Y EN LA CALIDAD DE LA CARNE.

4. NORMATIVA ESTATAL Y/O AUTONOMICA VIGENTE SOBRE LA PROTECCIÓN DE LOS ANIMALES EN LO QUE AFECTA SU TRANSPORTE, CUIDADO, EN LA EXPLOTACIÓN, EXPERIMENTACIÓN Y SACRIFICIO.

5. LOS CRITERIOS DE SEGURIDAD PARA EL PERSONAL QUE TRABAJA CON ANIMALES.

6. ASPECTOS LIGADOS A LA SEGURIDAD VIAL.

7. ACTUACIÓN DEL TRANSPORTISTA EN CASO DE ACCIDENTE O INCIDENTE DURANTE EL TRANSPORTE DE ANIMALES POR CARRETERA.

8. LEY 11/2003, DE 24 DE NOVIEMBRE, DE PROTECCIÓN DE LOS ANIMALES DE ANDALUCÍA EN LO QUE PUEDA AFECTAR AL TRANSPORTE DE ANIMALES, Y LEY 32/2007, DE 7 DE NOVIEMBRE, PARA EL CUIDADO DE LOS ANIMALES, EN SU EXPLOTACIÓN, TRANSPORTE, EXPERIMENTACIÓN Y SACRIFICIO.

9. LOS ASPECTOS TÉCNICOS Y ADMINISTRATIVOS CON RELACIÓN A LA LIMPIEZA Y DESINFECCIÓN DE LOS MEDIOS DE TRANSPORTE Y CONTENEDORES.
